America-geared rice goes against the grain
Pulmone, a Korean purveyor of premium rice, wanted to launch packaging that appealed to North American consumers. In addition to enticing shoppers, it also had to convey the company’s natural message.
Design house Brandchef came up with a pouch design that distinguishes from other Asian rice brands, which most frequently contain very simple traditional Asian type and iconography.
